These ladies took the Desert Sky Class with Carolyn recently and are now efficient and competent paper piecers! Good job ladies!
Desert Sky is often the first Judy Niemeyer pattern new paper piecers attempt.
Adding these skills to their "tool box" they can go on to some of her more complex patterns also taught by Carolyn!
Some of the ladies used kits we created for them, and some made it up themselves. All the versions were very successful and unique due to the flexibility in the pattern and the great eye for color our customers have!

Even with a broken foot she made it to class with her blocks!--That's a dedicated quilter right there!
